FESTIVAL VIBE

Here are a few things to expect when you come.  We like to think of the

festival as a family reunion.  We strive to make this a festival where everyone is

welcome but families come first.  Many of our artists bring their families to the

fest as well. KIDS 16 AND UNDER ARE FREE WITH AN ADULT TICKET

PURCHASE!

Boats and Bluegrass is located on a City of Winona Park called Prairie Island.

It is not quite an Island but is mostly surrounded by water and is on the banks

of the Mississippi River.

Winona is less than a five minute drive away so if you forgot something don’t

worry civilization is close at hand!

Coolers

We have many tasty beer, cider, and non-alcoholic drink options for sale on the festival grounds.   Please NO CARRY INS or coolers into the main festival area.  Personal water bottles only.

Vibe/Rules

Main thing with the festival is DON’T BE THAT GUY/GAL.!  We have a zero tolerance for stupidity.  If you are looking to go to a festival to use or abuse drugs and alcohol this is not the place for you.  Anyone seen using drugs will be asked to leave.  Anyone who is intoxicated will also be asked to leave and forfeit your wristband.  We believe strongly that we need to keep each other safe and for this weekend we are all family and should treat each other as such.  So please come and have fun and be respectful.

Entry & Security

Re-entry is allowed at main festival area.  We

have security/first responder staff on site all

weekend.

Pets

Dogs ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE

CAMPGROUNDS OR FESTIVAL AREA. You

will be with friends and enjoying music all

weekend, please keep you dog home where

he will not be frightened by crowds and

happier!
