DON’T BE THAT GUY/GAL!

We have zero tolerance for stupidity.  If you are looking to go to a festival to use or abuse drugs and alcohol this is not the place for you.  Anyone seen using drugs will be asked to leave.  Anyone who is intoxicated will also be asked to leave and forfeit your wristband.  We believe strongly that we need to keep each other safe and for this weekend we are all family and should treat each other as such.  So please come and have fun and be respectful.

Boats and Bluegrass is located on a City of Winona Park called Prairie Island. It is not quite an Island but is mostly surrounded by water and is on the banks of the Mississippi River. Winona is less than a five minute drive away so if you forgot something don’t worry civilization is close at hand!
